These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Ainnur, operated by YrFlow ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using Ainnur you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and includes our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
Ainnur connects to your Shopify store via OAuth and runs autonomous AI agents (cart recovery, customer support, inventory monitoring, fraud detection) subject to the safety guardrails and human-approval gates described in your dashboard.
Where Ainnur processes personal data of your customers on your behalf, you are the Data Controller and Ainnur is the Data Processor, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. You warrant that you have a lawful basis to share this data with us and to permit our agents to communicate with your customers.
Every action an agent can take is pre-classified as AUTO (executes automatically within safety thresholds), GATE (requires your explicit approval), or FORBIDDEN (never executed by AI, e.g. price changes, ad spend). A complete, immutable log of every agent decision — including ones not executed — is available in your dashboard. You may reverse, override, or disable any agent at any time.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record). You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that agent-generated content will be error-free, that recovery or support outcomes will meet any particular result, or that the service will be uninterrupted. AI-generated text may occasionally be imperfect; you retain the ability to review and disable auto-send behavior at any time.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ainnur harmless from claims arising out of: (a) inaccurate store policy or product data you supplied that agents relied on; (b) your violation of applicable law in operating your store; (c) your unauthorized use of the service.
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure provider outages, internet backbone failures, or acts of government.
Uninstalling Ainnur from your Shopify admin immediately deactivates your account and cancels your subscription. Underlying data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days per our Privacy Policy, unless you request earlier deletion or a data export prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that nothing in this section limits any statutory rights EEA/UK merchants or their customers have under GDPR or local consumer protection law, which take precedence where mandatorily applicable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via your account email at least 14 days before taking effect.
